Exchange

Jordan local purchase: Items purchased online could be exchanged easily through acquiring the receipt and exchanging directly in our store. Exchange period is 7 days from the date of receiving the item. Items exchanged should be in perfect condition, tag not removed. Items that are noted in its product page “non refundable due to hygienic reasons” are non refundable. The shipping endured is paid by the customer.

International purchases: Items purchased online could be exchanged by notifying us through email and shipping back the item to our shipping address. Exchange period is 7 days from the date of receiving the item. Items exchanged should be in perfect condition, tag not removed. Items that are noted in its product page “non refundable due to hygienic reasons” are non refundable. The shipping cost is endured by the customer.

Return

In order to return goods purchased online and receive a refund, we kindly ask you to repackage the goods thoroughly to avoid transportation damage and ideally re-use the original packaging. Return period 7 days starting from the day the item is received. Shipping cost is endured by the customer.

Returned goods should be unused, clean and undamaged. Please note that we may ask for compensation for lost value in case the goods have been worn, washed or damaged.

You may also return products that are defective or incorrect. When the product is returned to us, it will be tested by our quality control, if the produce is defective or incorrect; will endure the whole shipping fees and provide free shipping purchase for the customer. If our quality control didn’t find any defects or incorrectness, will notify the customer to either exchange the product or reship it to the purchase address, shipping is paid by the customer.

We would be grateful if you could also specify the reason for the return, this will help us to further improve our offering in the future.

Cancellation

Due to the delicacy and the hygienic promise we always promise and deliver to our customers. Cancellation should be made before receiving the item, or by refusing to accept the package. With direct contact with Amthal Home Trading and Marketing’s (Triumph International exclusive distributor) administration will guarantee to void the transaction, the amount paid will be paid back to your account within the coming week. The shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Reimbursements

Shortly after you have received an email confirming the return of the goods, we will reimburse the amount you paid for the goods. The shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Please note: It may take up to ten business days for the amount to be credited to your account.

Refunds with PayPal:
Once the return parcel arrives at Triumph and it is processed you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be credited directly to your PayPal account within the next days.
